During the course of our life in our walk of faith, we find ourselves dealing with different types of fears. Whether it be fear of being hurt, fear of change, fear of rejection, or fear of failure. Sometimes we focus on it so much that it becomes overwhelming. Or we tried to deny it but they're feeling keeps calling us and telling us that God has called us to step out in faith.
This overwhelm can lead to health issues, stress, anxiety, and much more. Have you ever felt that way? I have. God doesn't want us living in a state of fear. In my course, I show you how to overcome those fears and step out in faith. Below are some steps you can take right now when your fears become too much!
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. -John 14:27
1. Pray - Pray and ask God to help you to overcome your fears. Ask Him for a peace that surpasses all understanding during the times that you feel most afraid.
2. Meditate on His word - Search for scriptures that will help you overcome the fears that you are dealing with in your life. Meditate on them. Write them down and print them out if you need to.
3. Remember God has already conquered the world - Whatever fear you are dealing with, God has already conquered it over and over again! Trust that He will do the same for you.
4. Claim Victory- Whatever you have fear in your heart about, claim the opposite. If you fear failure, claim success!
