Fit Friday: Smoothie of the Week!

I love making smoothies because you can get so much nutrition in one drink! My family loves them too! So here is my smoothie for the week!

Ingredients: Filtered water, a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, 
apple juice, kale, and flax seed!
