4 Inspirational Ways to Get Rid of That Stress!

Many of us are living our lives doing too much, being too much, not taking care of ourselves and STRESSED out! God does not want this for us. He wants us to enjoy life and we can't fully do that if we are stressed. This causes anxiety, sickness, sadness, and constant mood swings. None of this equals happiness!  Here are 4 inspirational ways to get rid of stress!




1. Stretch and/or meditate at least 10-15 minutes a day. This allows your mind and body time to relax and heal.

2. Spend at least 30 minutes to an hour a day with your children. When I slow down and spend time with my little ones, I laugh, relax, and appreciate them all over again. :) We could all use a little bit of that!

3. Do something you LOVE and have a passion for everyday! No excuses! What do you love to do? Read, dance, sew? Take some time and do it everyday!

4. Last but not least...PRAY!! Talking to God deepens your relationship with Him and reminds you that He has your back when no one else does and is always there for you!
